Load Testing

The system has been independently tested by Lloyds British to BS 1139 Part 4
1982; it was subsequently found to have exceeded the requirements of this British Standard.

In test, individual units were loaded to 5000kg (5.00 tonnes) without failure.

A load of 5000kgs (5 tonnes) was safely applied to a pair of stands; both the 1200 system and the 800 system; at full extension, resulting in a SWL of 1000kgs (1 tonne) per individual stand.

It was stated that the SafeStand® system surpasses all current requirements and, subject to specification conformity, the system was issued with a Lloyds
British stamp of approval.
